Driving Directions

Directions from north-bound I-25:
Take Exit #268 (Prospect Road) left (west) into beautiful Fort Collins. Take Prospect Road west for approximately 5 miles to Shields St. Take a left (south) onto Shields St and drive less than 1 mile to Centre Avenue/Raintree Drive. Take a right (west) onto Raintree Drive and follow it around. Raintree Drive will curve to the left, which provides a beautiful view of the foothills and Rolland Moore Park. The next sight you'll see is our wonderful community. Take the first right and follow it directly to the Leasing Office. We await your arrival!

Directions from Old Town, Fort Collins:
From the heart of Old Town (Mountain Ave and College Ave), take College Avenue south for a bit more than 0.5 miles to Laurel Street. Take a right (west) onto Laurel Street. On your left, you'll see the historic buildings of Colorado State University, including the Oval Drive, and the Residence Hall Towers. Laurel will come to an end at Shields St. You'll want to take a left (south) onto Shields Street and continue for 1.6 miles to Raintree Drive. Take a right onto Raintree Drive and follow the road around until you see our entrance on the right hand side. We'll meet you at the Leasing Office!
